Service Availability

  • System Access: Hosted products will be unavailable during this window. Users attempting to log in will see a maintenance page.
  • Reports/Exports: All scheduled outbound exports and reports will be canceled during this period.
  • Connectivity: FTP/SFTP sites may experience intermittent connectivity issues.

Recommendation: We recommend pausing any automated data file deliveries until the maintenance is complete. If a scheduled delivery fails, please resend the files once the window has closed.

  • End: Wednesday, May 5, 2026, at 8:00 AM BST (3:00 AM EDT)

The Talent Management sites will be unavailable during the update process. A completion notification will be sent once updates are finished.

We recommend reviewing the 26.04.1 Release Notes before your service update. The Release Notes provide details on new features and enhancements included in this release.
